Pre-treatment for formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections

For an optimal staining result of primary antibodies in immunohistochemistry, these antibodies must be able to bind to their specific antigens.

 

If the pretreatment is not mastered, false negatives can be generated even if good primary antibodies and detection systems have been used.
