We offer two detection techniques :

• An highly sensitive and specific polymer detection system: ZytoChem Plus Polymer Kits
Both kits (Polymer and streptavidin-biotin) are available with either alkaline phosphatase or horseradish peroxidase.

All ZytoChem Plus Polymer Kits work with mouse and rabbit primary antibodies. Kits include ready-to-use reagents: SuperBlock, PostBlock and Enzyme-Polymer.
Kits and reagents are characterized by outstanding sensitivity. The spectrum of species is provided for each reagent.
Some ZytoChem Plus Streptavidin-Biotin Kits are suitable for the detection of mouse, rabbit, rat and guinea pig primary antibodies. They include ready-to-use reagents: SuperBlock, biotynilated secondary antibody and streptavidin-Enzyme Conjugate. The 8mL kits (80 tests) include the chromogenic substrate.
These ZytoChem Plus Streptavidin-Biotin Kits are also available in species specific format directed against mouse or rabbit. All kits bring high sensitivity.
